The revitalization of American Locomotive Works at 555 Valley Street in Providence, Rhode Island is now complete. The development plan comprised of 500,000 SF of commercial and residential uses, located less than 1 mile from center city. Situated along the Woonasquatucket River, the project is located on a major Providence artery that provides easy access to I-95, I-195 and Routes 6 and 10. The site sits at the foot of historic Federal Hill and the highly accessible west side of Providence.
